摘  要:在对比褐煤与烟煤裂解特性和燃烧特性的基础上,选择综合性能更优的褐煤作为原材料,采用管式炉制取半焦煤。并对比了褐煤煤粉与半焦煤的燃烧特性,结果表明半焦煤的着火温度更高、最大反应速率偏低,燃烧特性较差。随后选择半焦煤的吸附特性和富氧燃烧特性作为研究指标,分别进行试验对不同类型半焦煤的特性展开了研究。结果表明,在氧浓度为40%时,600℃半焦煤的着火温度与煤粉接近,燃烧效果达到最优;在裂解温度为800℃时制取的半焦煤,吸附特性最优。在工业生产中,可根据半焦煤利用方向的不同,调节半焦煤的制取温度和反应氧浓度,从而获得利用价值更高的半焦煤产品。On the basis of comparing the cracking characteristics and combustion characteristics of lignite and bituminous coal,lignite with better comprehensive performance is selected as raw material,and semi-coking coal is produced by tube furnace.The combustion characteristics of lignite pulverized coal and semi-coking coal were compared,and the results showed that the ignition temperature of semi-coking coal was higher,the maximum reaction rate was lower,and the combustion characteristics were poor.Then,the adsorption characteristics and oxygen-enriched combustion characteristics of semi-coking coal were selected as the research indicators,and the characteristics of different types of semi-coking coal were studied by experiments.The results show that when the oxygen concentration is 40%,the ignition temperature of 600℃semi-coking coal is close to that of pulverized coal,and the combustion effect is optimal;the semi-coking coal prepared when the pyrolysis temperature is 800℃has the best adsorption characteristics.In industrial production,the production temperature and reaction oxygen concentration of semi-coking coal can be adjusted according to the different utilization directions of semi-coking coal,so as to obtain semi-coking coal products with higher utilization value.
