摘　　要：福清市龙田矿坑水体受危险废物二次铝灰污染,经检测废水主要污染物为氟化物和氨氮。论述了该废水应急处置方案,并提出了有效防控危险废物环境与安全风险的措施。The mine water in Longtiantown of Fuqing City was polluted by secondary aluminum dross,a hazardous waste.It was found that the main pollutants in the wastewater were fluoride and ammonia nitrogen.The emergency disposal plan of the mine wastewater was discussed,and the measures to effectively prevent and control the environmental and safety risks of hazardous waste was proposed.
