小纪汗矿一种用于煤矿机电的装载设备应用实践

摘　　要：随着煤矿智能化的不断发展,各类煤矿智能化机电设备在煤矿生产过程中的应用越来越多。传统的煤矿机电装载设备存在工人劳动强度大、耗时较长、维护维修难度大等问题,全面做好煤矿机电设备的安装、装载,对提高工作效率越来越重要。小纪汗矿设计使用的一种用于煤矿机电的装载设备,通过夹持组件,将设备夹持固定,并通过拖动组件将设备运送至装载仓内。经过现场应用,该装载设备设计合理、操作简单,有效提升了煤矿生产效率,保障了施工安全,降低了企业运营成本。With the continuous development of coal mine intelligence,various types of intelligent coal mine electromechanical equipment are being used more and more in the coal mine production process.Traditional coal mine electromechanical loading equipment has problems such as high labour intensity of workers,long time consuming,difficult maintenance and repair,etc.It is increasingly important to improve the efficiency of installation and loading of coal mine electromechanical equipment in a comprehensive manner.A loading device designed for use in the Xiaojihan Mine for coal mine electromechanics is designed to hold equipment in place by means of a clamping assembly and transport the equipment to the loading bin by means of a dragging assembly.After field application,the loading equipment is reasonably designed and simple to operate,effectively improving the mine's production efficiency,ensuring construction safety and reducing business operating costs.
