摘　　要：为进一步提升聚丙烯的综合性能,降低制备聚丙烯的生产成本,以聚丙烯催化剂为着手点对其制备工艺进行简单概述的基础上,设定实验方法重点对制备聚丙烯催化剂的工艺流程以及关键工艺参数包括搅拌速率、内给电子体加入温度和四氯化钛的处理次数采用实验形式进行确定,为今后改善聚丙烯的性能和生产能力奠定基础。In order to further improve the overall performance of polypropylene and reduce the production cost of polypropylene,a brief overview of the preparation process of polypropylene catalysts was given as a starting point.The experimental method was used to determine the process flow and key process parameters including stirring rate,internal feed electron addition temperature and number of treatments of titanium tetrachloride,to provide a basis for future improvements in polypropylene performance and production capacity.
