摘　　要：以蒙特卡罗模拟法为依托,通过对发输电系统常见可靠性评估方法的分析比较,明确蒙特卡罗模拟法的优势。通过发输电系统蒙特卡罗模拟法评估原理与步骤、基于蒙特卡洛模拟法的发输电系统静态特性和动态特性可靠性评估,以蒙特卡罗模拟法为基础进行发输电系统可靠性评估指标体系设计,建立以蒙特卡罗模拟法为核心的发输电系统可靠性评估理论体系,为发输电系统可靠性评估提供可靠的理论依据。Based on Monte Carlo simulation method,the advantages of Monte Carlo simulation method are clarified through the analysis and comparison of common reliability assessment methods of power generation and transmission systems.Through the assessment principle and steps of Monte Carlo simulation method of power generation and transmission system,the reliability assessment of static and dynamic characteristics of power generation and transmission system based on Monte Carlo simulation method,the design of index system of power generation and transmission system reliability assessment based on Monte Carlo simulation method,the establishment of theoretical system of power generation and transmission system reliability assessment with Monte Carlo simulation method as the core,and the provision of reliable The theoretical basis for the reliability assessment of transmission system is provided.
