摘　　要：受全球范围内经济发展速度放缓、人民币升值、信贷政策收紧等因素的影响,第二产业相关企业的生存发展存在一定困难。煤炭价格的进一步上涨也让煤炭贸易的风险进一步增加。在这种环境下煤炭贸易企业想要生存发展,必须要增强自身的资金管理能力和防控风险因素。基于此,主要探讨煤炭贸易企业进行资金风险防控的相应措施,以期帮助煤炭贸易企业更好地度过经营难关,提高资金周转效率,增强风险防范能力。With the global economic slowdown,appreciation of RMB and tightening of credit policies,there are certain difficulties in the survival and development of enterprises related to the secondary industry.The further increase of coal price also further increases the risk of coal trading.In this environment coal trading enterprises want to survive and develop,they must enhance their own capital management ability and prevent and control risk factors.Based on this,we mainly discuss the corresponding measures for coal trading enterprises to carry out capital risk prevention and control,in order to help coal trading enterprises to better survive the difficulties of operation,improve the efficiency of capital turnover and enhance the ability to prevent risks.
