摘　　要：介绍了成组技术、计算机集成制造技术、并行工程、精益生产和工艺决策等现代制造技术,并对石油企业应用现代制造技术的有效策略进行了深入探讨,以期提升石油机械制造工艺技术的自动化与智能化水平,推动石油机械制造行业快速发展。Modern manufacturing technologies such as grouping technology,computer integrated manufacturing technology,parallel engineering,lean production and process decision making are introduced,and the effective strategies for petroleum enterprises to apply modern manufacturing technologies are discussed in depth,in order to improve the automation and intelligence level of petroleum machinery manufacturing process technology and promote the rapid development of petroleum machinery manufacturing industry.
