摘　　要：以某系列轻型燃机为例,阐述了在燃气轮机工作中双燃料系统出现的喷嘴结焦、串扰引起的燃料歧管甚至环管烧红、腐蚀现象,并介绍了为解决上述问题而采取的吹扫系统的结构、组成和工作流程,进一步针对液体燃料反向吹扫、燃气总管的热PCD正向吹扫、液体燃料系统冷却PCD正向吹扫、外接压力空气正向吹扫和水吹扫等运行方式进行了详细的工作流程分析。Taking a series of light-duty gas turbine as an example,the nozzle coking and crosstalk caused by the fuel manifold and even the ring pipe burning red and corrosion in the dual-fuel system of the gas turbine are explained,and the structure,composition and workflow of the blowing system adopted to solve the above problems are introduced.A detailed workflow analysis is carried out for the operation modes of liquid fuel reverse purge,hot PCD forward purge of the gas main,liquid fuel system cooling PCD,external pressure air forward purge and water purge.
