摘 要:高瓦斯矿井半煤岩综掘巷道生产过程中产生的细微粉尘量较多,细微粉尘具有分层悬浮、亲水性差、易随风流弥漫整个巷道等特性,给煤矿安全生产和职工身体健康产生了极大的影响。黄陵一号煤矿利用机载高压喷雾、长压短抽除尘系统、粉尘远程监控系统、自动喷雾系统和集中消沉区等粉尘综合治理系统,很大程度上消除了尘源附近的粉尘,工作环境得到改善,有效保障了煤矿工人身体健康。The amount of fine dust generated during the production of semi-coal rock excavation tunnel in high gas mines is high,and the fine dust has the characteristics of layered suspension,poor hydrophilicity,and easy to diffuse throughout the tunnel with the wind flow,which has great impact on the safety production and health of workers in coal mines.Huangling No.1 coal mine utilizes a comprehensive dust management system such as on-board high-pressure spraying,long-pressure and short-pumping dust removal system,dust remote monitoring system,automatic spraying system and centralized subsidence area,which largely eliminates the dust near the dust source,improves the working environment and effectively protects the health of coal miners.
