摘  要:传统茶文化研究方法,将某一阶段茶文化的表象作为独立客观的研究对象,常落入文化客观主义的局限,无法揭示文化发生学深层规律。以文化主体为基点的文化发生学从文化主体角度出发进行文化研究,探寻人的世界观、认知模式和价值追求等底层逻辑在特定历史情境中对文化生成的决定性作用。以中国文化主体为主线的茶文化,在中华文明形成之初定居文化下产生茶文化雏形,在东方文明汇聚时期儒释道三教合流的影响下形成唐宋禅茶文化,在茶文化向世界传播时期,面对日本和西方两类不同的文化主体,形成不同样态的茶文化。本文认为,从文化主体出发研究中华茶文化可以更清楚地把握文化生成规律,为未来茶文化的发展理清思路。The traditional research method of tea culture,which regards the appearance of tea culture as an independent and objective thing,often falls into the limit of ontological methodology and could not go deep into the law of Cultural Genesis.Cultural Genesis conducts cultural studies from the perspective of subjects,to explore the decisive role of the bottom logic such as fundamental assumption,cognitive model and value pursuit in the cultural formation in the specific historical situation.Based on the main line of Chinese tea culture,Chinese civilization produced the embryonic form of tea culture under the settlement culture at the beginning of its formation,and formed the Zen Tea Culture in the Tang and Song dynasties under the confluence of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism during the convergence period of Oriental civilization,In the period of tea culture spreading to the world,facing the two different cultural subjects of Japan and the west,different forms of tea culture were formed.The study of Chinese tea culture from the perspective of subjects can clearly grasp the law of cultural formation and clarify the thinking for the development of tea culture in the future.
