摘　　要：在《三国演义》对“茶”的所有描写中,“柏子茶”是一个显而易见的独特个案。当今学者几乎无一例外将“柏子茶”作为一种茶饮看待,但这种看法存在诸多疑点。“柏子茶”真的是一种茶饮吗?事实上,古代“茶”字有多种所指之物,本文结合文本考释认为,今人对“柏子茶”存在字面上的误解,“柏子茶”并非茶饮,而是一种菜食,它可能由柏子仁和野菜之类烹制而成,而食“柏子茶”正是《三国演义》中隐居山林的高士隐逸风范的体现。Among all descriptions of tea in Romance of The Three Kingdoms,"Baizi tea"is an obvious and unique case.Today’s scholars almost without exception regard"Baizi tea"as a tea drink,but there are many doubts in this view.In fact,"tea"in ancient times was referred to many things.Combining with textual research,the article believes that there are literal misunderstandings"Baizi tea"at present."Baizi tea"is not tea,but a kind of food,which may be composed of platycladi seeds and wild herbs.Eating"Baizi tea"reflects the reclusion style of the hermit in the mountains in Romance of The Three Kingdoms.
