摘　　要：目的:整理可用于治疗腰痛病膏摩方的古籍谱,以为传承膏摩疗法。方法:应用《中华医典》第五版,根据检索词(摩、三拊、擦)检索,将符合要求的膏摩方摘录至Microsoft Excel 2003。结果:共检索到符合研究的条目148条,获得膏摩方50首,共计古籍78本,记载可用于治疗腰痛病的膏摩方最多的著作是《普济方》,其次为《太平圣惠方》,再次是《圣济总录》,从成书年代统计最早可追溯至东晋,明清时期记载膏摩方的著作最多。结论:膏摩方用于治疗腰痛病被众多医家所采用和推崇,但只有少数膏摩方被重复记载,有较多膏摩方未被传承,还有待进一步挖掘和研究。ObjectiveOrganize the ancient books to find the ointment rubbing prescription that can be used for the treatment of lumbago, so as to inherit the ointment massage.MethodsApply the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Dictionary, search based on the search terms(morgan, three feeling, scrape), and extract the ointment rubbing prescription that meet the requirements to Microsoft Excel 2003.ResultsA total of 148 items matching the research were retrieved, with a total of 50 the ointment rubbing prescription, distributed in 78 ancient books. The book that records the most ointment rubbing prescription that can be used for the treatment of lumbago isPuji Fang, followed byTaiping Shenghu Fang, and the third isShengji Zonglu. And the earliest statistics from the writing date can be traced back to the Eastern Jin Dynasty, with the largest number of works written by the ointment rubbing prescription recorded in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.ConclusionThe way of Ointment massage for Lumbago has been adopted and praised by Ancient physicians. But only a few the ointment rubbing prescription have been repeatedly recorded, and many the ointment rubbing prescription have not been inherited, and further excavation and research are needed.
