摘　　要：田旭东主任医师认为胆囊摘除术后综合征的病机主要在于肝失疏泄、肝郁脾虚,进而中焦气机升降失调,辨治宜疏肝利胆、健脾和胃。在多年精确辨证的基础上,其善用枳壳、佛手等经验药。方中枳壳性温,归脾、胃经,善理气宽中、行滞消胀;佛手性温,芳香行散,入肝经则疏肝理气,入脾胃经则和中止痛,在临床治疗中每获良效,值得借鉴。Chief physician TIAN Xudong believes that the pathogenesis of Post-cholecystectomy Syndrome mainly lies in the loss of liver drainage, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and then the rise and fall of the Qi movement in the middle Jiao. It is appropriate to soothe the liver, benefit the gallbladder, strengthen the spleen and stomach. On the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation for many years, TIAN made good use of “Fructus aurantii, bergamot” and other empirical drugs. In the prescription, Fructus aurantii is warm in nature, returns to the spleen and stomach meridian, is good at regulating qi, broadening the middle, moving stagnation and reducing swelling;Bergamot is warm in nature, fragrant and dispersing, soothing the liver and regulating qi when entering the liver meridian, and relieving pain when entering the spleen and stomach meridian. It has good effects in clinical treatment, which is worthy of reference.
