摘 要:简要介绍了光伏系统及其直流-交流逆变器的结构,选用了基于IGBT的两电平逆变器作为光伏系统与交流电网接口的研究对象。重点研究了单相光伏并网两电平桥式电压型IGBT功率逆变器的数学模型以及PWM调制技术。分析了光伏并网单相逆变器的时域数学模型,重点研究了单相光伏并网逆变器主电路和控制系统参数的选择,并对输出LC滤波电路参数以及控制系统PI参数进行了计算,得到了输出电压以及电感电流的表达式,设计了模拟PI调节器的结构及其参数。The Phase Photovoltaic(PV)system and the structure of DC-AC inverter are briefly introduced.The two-level inverter based on IGBT is selected as the research object of the interface between photovoltaic system and AC power grid.The mathematical model of single-phase photovoltaic grid connected two level bridge voltage source IGBT power inverter and PWM modulation technology are studied.The time-domain mathematical model of photovoltaic grid-connected single-phase inverter is analyzed,and the selection of main circuit and control system parameters of single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is mainly studied.The parameters of the output LC filter circuit and the PI parameters of the control system are calculated,the expressions of the output voltage and the inductor current are obtained,and the structure and parameters of the analog PI regulator are designed.
