摘 要:为满足油田工艺调节需求,抽油机通常采用变频器驱动方式,但普遍存在大马拉小车的现象。结合抽油机运行特点,提出一种含光伏发电的油田井场微电网结构并构建了其功率分配模型。根据单井变频器结构与光伏接入方式特点,提出一种井场直流微电网结构;根据整流电路工作原理,推导微电网功率分配的解析表达式,分析了其能量自然分布规律以及该结构在供电可靠性、能量利用效率等方面的优势。基于Simulink环境建模,仿真验证了该方法的有效性。In order to meet the needs of oilfield process adjustment,the pumping unit is usually driven by a frequency converter,but there is a common phenomenon of large horse-drawn carts.Combined with the operation characteristics of pumping units,an oil field well pad microgrid structure with photovoltaic power generation is proposed and its power distribution model is constructed.According to the characteristics of single well inverter structure and photovoltaic access mode,a DC microgrid structure for well pad is proposed.According to the working principle of the rectifier circuit,the analytical expression of the power distribution of the microgrid is deduced,and its natural energy distribution law and the advantages of the structure in terms of power supply reliability and energy utilization efficiency are analyzed.Based on Simulink environment modeling,simulation results verify the effectiveness of this method.
