电器安全检测实训平台的研究

摘　　要：针对电器破坏性试验成本高、危险性大,开发了一套基于安全电压的集调压与耐压试验、短路试验、通断试验、电机启停试验、电机正反转试验于一体的实训平台。该平台采用远程PLC控制与就地控制相结合的方式,用于教学和电器产品检测人员学习及提高操作技能。Due to the high cost and high risk of electrical destructive test,a set of training platform based on safety voltage is developed,which integrates voltage regulation and voltage withstanding test,short circuit test,on-off test,motor start-stop test and motor forward-reverse test.The platform adopts the combination of remote PLC control and local control,and is used for teaching and electrical product testing personnel to learn and improve their operating skills.
