摘  要:汕头供电局实施变电站调控一体化管理模式后,220 kV及以下电压等级变电站实现无人值守,由调度集中进行监控,因此对信号的采集和处理要求更准确、更全面。针对实施过程中合并信号无法可靠发出且不易判断故障性质的问题,以及各厂家信号描述不统一、不采集等情况,制定了信号采集规范。按照一、二次设备类型及变电站具体设备配置,分型式、分厂家进行信号处理,同时提出在厂站合并信号的方案,解决了上传信号过多、过于繁杂的问题。经过以上方法规范后的信号简洁明了,能正确反映设备状况,减轻了监控人员的工作压力。Substations of 220 kV and below realized unmanned after the implement of dispatch-control integration in Inner Mongolia Shantou Power Supply.Dispatch monitor signal put forward the requirements for signal acquisition and processing to be more accurate and comprehensive.In order to solve the problems in the implementation process,that combining signals can not be reliably sent out and the nature of the fault can not be determined easily,as well as the manufacturers signal description is not uniform and the signal cannot easily to be collected,the author formulated signal acquisition norms.According to the type of primary and secondary equipments and the substation equipment configuration,the author put forward scheme to combine signals in the auxiliary substation.Thus the signals become simple and clear and can reflect the conditions of equipment situation.What′s more,the personnel working pressure can be released.
