高厂变差动速断保护动作跳闸分析及处理

摘　　要：针对一起因低压侧接线箱短路故障导致的高厂变差动速断保护动作、机组跳闸的事故,分析了相间短路、差动保护动作的原因,从隐患排查、检修工艺、技术管理等方面查找不足,并制定了针对性的处理防范措施。In view of an accident of differential quick break protection action of high voltage auxiliary transformer(high voltage auxiliary transformer)and tripping of 300 MW unit caused by short circuit fault of junction box at low voltage side,the causes of phase to phase short circuit and differential protection action are analyzed.The deficiencies are found from hidden danger troubleshooting,maintenance process and technical management,and targeted treatment and prevention measures are formulated.
