摘　　要：介绍了一种煤矿井下电气作业安全管控解决方案,该方案适用于煤矿井下停送电作业过程中,解决目前“两票”人工管理模式存在的各种问题和弊端,实现“两票”的规范化、信息化、智能化,更好地落实“两票”制度在作业过程中的正确、高效执行。结合电网、发电厂运行经验,通过技术手段解决高压供电设备运行、检修过程中存在的误操作问题,防止误操作事故的发生。A solution for safety management and control of underground electrical operation in coal mines is introduced.The scheme is applicable to solve various problems and disadvantages of the manual management mode of"two tickets"in the process of power outage and transmission in coal mines,realize the standardization,informatization and intellectualization of"two tickets",and better implement the correct and efficient implementation of the"two tickets"system in the process of operation.Combined with the operation experience of power grid and power plant,the misoperation problems existing in the operation and maintenance of high-voltage power supply equipment are solved through technical means to prevent the occurrence of misoperation accidents.
