摘 要:氮氧化物(NO_(x))严重威胁人体健康和生态环境。随着火电行业烟气NO_(x)初步实现超低排放,非电行业烟气NO_(x)排放控制成为重中之重。NH_(3)选择性催化还原NO_(x)是最有效的NO_(x)控制技术。非电行业烟气含有SO_(2)、碱性物质以及重金属等杂质,易导致催化剂中毒失活。针对NO_(x)净化催化剂低温活性不足、SO_(2)中毒、碱金属中毒以及复合中毒等关键难题,文章综述了各类低温抗中毒NO_(x)净化催化剂的研究进展,总结了提高催化剂的低温活性、抗SO_(2)中毒、抗碱金属中毒以及抗复合中毒的策略。文章为开发低温抗中毒NO_(x)净化催化剂提供了研究思路,为推进NO_(x)净化催化剂在非电行业烟气NO_(x)净化中的实际应用提供理论指导。Nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))threaten to the human health and ecological environment.As the gradual realization of ultra-low emission of NO_(x) in thermal power industries,the emission reduction of NO_(x) in non-electrical industries becomes urgent.Selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x) by NH_(3) is the most effective NO_(x) control technology.The flue gas of non-electrical industries generally contains SO_(2),alkali and heavy metals that easily lead to the catalyst inactivation.In view of the key problems of NO_(x) reduction catalysts such as the poor low-temperature activity,SO_(2)-poisoning,alkali-poisoning,and the multiple poisonings,this paper reviews the research progress of various low-temperature poisoning-resistant NO_(x) reduction catalysts,and summarizes the strategies for improving the low-temperature activity,SO_(2)-resistance,alkali-resistance,and multiple resistance of catalysts.This paper proposes research strategies for developing low-temperature poisoning-resistant NO_(x) reduction catalysts,and provides imperative guidance for the practical application of NO_(x) reduction catalyst in non-electrical industries.
