生态文明视域下企业生态责任研究

摘　　要：企业作为国民经济的细胞,承担了发展社会生产力与利用外部环境的功能。工业文明时代企业在发展过程中一直存在谋求利润与保护环境之间的矛盾。生态文明作为人类文明发展的最新形态和最新道路,蕴含着“两山”理论引领绿色发展、“以人为本”生态民生观、“人与自然和谐共生”价值追求等丰富内涵。本文提出在生态文明的背景下,企业发展过程中要根据生态文明的重要内涵重新审视企业发展与生态保护之间的关系,突破传统经济模式中固有的“利润至上”发展观。基于此,企业要重构企业—高校—社会环保组织生态文化环境营造的联动机制;形成经济—生态—社会一体化的复合型绿色发展模式;打造企业—政府—公众多元共治监督模式,切实履行企业生态责任。As the cell of national economy, enterprise undertakes the function of developing social productive forces and utilizing external environment. In the era of industrial civilization, there has always been a contradiction between seeking profits and environmental protection. As the latest form and path of human civilization development, ecological civilization contains rich connotations such as the "two mountains" theory leading green development, the "people-oriented" ecological livelihood concept, and the value pursuit of "harmonious coexistence between man and nature". This paper proposes that in the context of ecological civilization, we should review the relationship between enterprise development and ecological protection according to the important connotation of ecological civilization, and break through the inherent "profit first" development concept in the traditional economic mode. Based on this, enterprises should reconstruct the linkage mechanism of ecological culture environment construction among enterprises-universities-social environmental protection organizations;To form the compound green development mode of economic-ecological-social integration;build the enterprise-government-public multi-governance and supervision mode, and earnestly fulfill the enterprise ecological responsibility.
