摘　　要：针对超采治理措施实施后的京津冀平原地下水演变特征开展分析研究。重点围绕超采治理背景下地下水的动态响应,分析2010-2019年近十年来京津冀各行政区地下水水位演变规律,刻画了京津冀平原浅深层地下水位降落漏斗现状分布和漏斗中心水位的演变特征。研究表明:(1)随着各项超采治理措施落地实施,2010-2019年北京主要开采层浅层、天津主要开采层第Ⅲ承压含水组水位呈先降后升的态势,水位回升明显;河北省主要开采浅层地下水和深层承压水,整体地下水位仍下降;(2)北京浅层朝阳-顺义漏斗中心水位2016-2019年升幅约9 m,天津深层西青漏斗中心水位2014-2019年升幅约18 m;河北省浅层高蠡肃漏斗、深层沧州漏斗中心水位降幅均在16 m左右。This paper studied the evolution of groundwater regime in Beijing-Tianjin—Hebei Plain after the implementation of over-exploitation treatment measures in recent years.This paper focused on the dynamic response of groundwater level under the background of overexploitation treatment in the past decade during 2010-2019,and put forward the current distribution of groundwater depression cone and the evolution characteristics of groundwater level at the center of the groundwater depression cone in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Plain.The results show that:(1)The groundwater level of the mainly exploited layer,including the shallow groundwater in Beijing and the No.Ⅲ confined groundwater in Tianjin,increased first and then decreased during 2010-2019.Shallow and deep confined groundwater are mainly exploited in Hebei province,which are declining overall.(2)The level of central Chaoyang-Shunyi shallow groundwater depression cone rose about 9m during 2016-2019,while the level of central Tianjin Xiqing deep groundwater depression cone rose about 18m during 2014-2019.The central Hebei Gaolisu shallow groundwater and Cang-zhou deep groundwater depression cone decreased about 16m.
