摘  要:在锂电池制造过程中对车间生产环境洁净程度要求特别高,尤其是空气中的水分,对锂电池材料影响和危害最大。描述锂电池生产工艺对空气质量的严格要求及空气处理的过程,并在焓湿图上显示具体实施路径和过程的能耗。通过深圳某大型锂离子电池厂房的实践,阐述了清洁能源对于改善保护气候环境重要性。In the manufacturing process of lithium battery, the cleanliness of the workshop production environment is particularly high, especially the water in the air, which has the greatest impact and harm to lithium battery materials. This paper is introduction of production process of lithium battery to strict requirement of air quality and process of air treatment, and on enthalpy-humidity diagram is display specific implementation way and energy consumption of way. According to practice of large lithium battery plant in Shenzhen, the author explains clean energy is very important for improving and protection climate environment.
