摘  要:延伸保修是指初始保修结束后,由军方和承制单位签订保修服务合同,并由此开展一定期限的后续服务工作。如何科学制订延伸保修方案,使装备多部件系统可用度达到最优,是装备保障部门重点关注的问题之一。在对多部件系统进行故障相关性分析的基础上,采用不完全预防性维修和最小维修策略,建立多部件系统延伸保修可用度模型。通过案例应用和灵敏度分析,得到不同延伸保修期下系统最优可用度和相应的预防性维修间隔期。Extended warranty refers to the follow-up services provided for a certain period of time according to the warranty service contract signed by the military and the manufacturer after the initial warranty is over.How to scientifically formulate the extended warranty scheme to optimize the availability of equipment’s multi-component system is one of the key concerns of equipment support departments.Based on the failure dependency analysis of multi-component systems,this paper established the extended warranty availability model of multi-component systems with the strategies of incomplete preventive maintenance and minimum maintenance.The optimal system availability and corresponding preventive maintenance interval under different extended warranty periods are obtained by case application and sensitivity analysis.
