摘 要:云南会泽铅锌矿一超深竖井建设面临高地应力、高渗透水压等工程难题,为确定该深部竖井井壁最佳配比的钢纤维混凝土支护方案,利用矿山现场砂、石、水泥等材料制作10种不同钢纤维掺量的混凝土试样,经过14 d标准养护后开展单轴压缩、劈裂拉伸、四点弯曲等试验。结合钢纤维混凝土强度测试结果和现场工况,选取抗拉强度、人工劳动成本等8项评价指标作为模型的判别指标,分别选取可拓层次分析法、改进熵权法对评价指标进行赋权,基于博弈论组合赋权构建综合评价模型。利用评价模型计算10种SFRC支护方案的相对贴合度,最终优选出方案T2-30(长纤维掺量40 kg/m^(3),中长纤维掺量5 kg/m^(3),短纤维掺量10 kg/m^(3))SFRC支护作为超深竖井井壁最佳支护方案。现场应用表明:SFRC支护对深部竖井井壁的支护效果良好,对竖井井壁完整性与井筒稳定性控制效果明显优于先前的单掺钢纤维混凝土支护方案。The excavation of an ultra-deep mining shaft in Huize Lead and Zinc Mine of Yunnan Province has encountered some engineering challenges because of the high geostress and high penetrating hydraulic pressure of the surrounding rock at depth.To determine the support scheme with the best steel fiber reinforced concrete proportion for this deep shaft wall,10 kinds of concrete specimens with different steel fiber admixtures were made from sand,stone,cement,and other materials from the mine site,and uniaxial compression,splitting tensile and four-point bending tests were carried out after 14 d standard curing.Based on the strength test results of steel fiber reinforced concrete and on-site working conditions,8 evaluation indexes such as tensile strength and labor cost are selected as the discriminant indexes of the model,and the extension analytic hierarchy process and the improved entropy weight method are respectively selected to weight the evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on game theoretical portfolio assignment.The evaluation model was used to calculate the relative fitting degree of 10 SFRC lining support schemes,and Scheme T2-30(long fiber content 40 kg/m ^(3),medium long fiber content 5 kg/m ^(3),short fiber content 10 kg/m ^(3))SFRC lining support was selected to be the final optimum scheme for the ultra-deep shaft wall support.The field application shows that the SFRC lining support has a good supporting effect on the deep shaft wall,and the control effect on the integrity of the shaft wall and the stability of the shaft is obviously better than the previous single-mixed steel fiber reinforced concrete support scheme.
