摘  要:某矿山采用充填采矿法回收Ⅱ步骤矿柱,需要在Ⅰ步骤充填体内掘进出矿巷来作为矿柱回采的出矿底部结构,出矿巷的直接顶板为充填体,为了保证充填体内成巷的安全性,选择合适的巷道掘进手段和支护方式,提高二者的衔接搭配效率,尽可能降低巷道掘支成本,充分借鉴类似矿山工程案例,参照国家、行业及典型企业的相关规范或标准,提出钻爆法+U型钢拱架超前支护、悬臂式掘进机+喷锚网联合支护2种方案。通过对工艺方案、掘支效率和成本进行论述分析,经技术经济比较,最终建议矿山采用悬臂式掘进机+喷锚网联合支护的方案在充填体内掘进巷道。A mine uses the filling mining method to recover the StepⅡore pillars and needs to excavate the ore-drawing roadway inside the StepⅠfilling body to serve as the bottom ore drawing structure for the pillar recovery,and the direct roof of the ore-drawing roadway is the filling body.To ensure the safety of the roadway formation within the filling body,the study chooses the appropriate roadway excavation means and support method,improves the efficiency of the cohesion of the two,and reduces the cost of roadway excavation and support as much as possible.Referring to similar mine engineering cases,as well as the relevant norms or standards of the country,industry,and typical enterprises,the study proposes 2 schemes,drill-blasting method+U-shaped steel arch in-advance support and cantilever roadheader+shotcrete-bolt-mesh joint support.Based on discussion and analysis of the process scheme,the excavation and support efficiency,and the cost,and the technical and economic comparison,it is finally recommended that the mine adopt the joint support scheme of cantilever roadheader+shotcrete-bolt-mesh to excavate the roadway in the filling body.
