摘 要:针对纱岭金矿超深竖井穿越具有渗透水压高、单孔涌水量大的含水层的工程背景,提出了工作面预注浆堵水及风险管控于一体的治水方案。根据水文地质勘探资料,井筒垂深1089.00~1477.53 m段岩石坚硬、高角度裂隙较发育(多为扭性、压扭性),且总体透水性、富水性弱,裂隙水赋存不均匀、连通性差。在竖井掘进至垂深1214 m时,为了保证顺利穿越含水层,采用全断面分段前进式、分步注浆方案进行堵水加固。详细介绍了含水层地质条件、注浆加固机制、关键注浆参数设计(注浆材料、止浆岩帽厚度、注浆压力)、注浆效果反馈。在此基础上,分析了超深竖井高埋深工作面注浆施工期的潜在危险源,并提出相应的风险管控措施,可为类似工程提供借鉴。In view of the engineering background that the ultra-deep main shaft of Shaling Gold Mine crosses an aquifer with high osmotic water pressure and large amount of water flush in single hole,a water control plan integrating pre-grouting,water plugging,and risk control at the working face is proposed.According to the hydrogeological data of ground investigation,the rock in the section of shaft depth 1089.00-1477.53 m is hard,high-angle fissures are relatively developed(mostly torsional,pressure torsional),and the overall permeability and water-richness are weak,and the fissure water is unevenly distributed and poorly connected.When the vertical shaft sinks to a vertical depth of 1214 m,to ensure a smooth and safe path through the aquifer,a whole-section sectioned approach type,step-by-step grouting scheme was used for water plugging and reinforcement.The geological conditions of the aquifer,grouting reinforcement mechanism,design of key grouting parameters(grouting materials,rock plug thickness,grouting pressure),and feedback of the grouting effect are introduced in detail.On this basis,the source of the potential hazard during the construction period of grouting at the working face of great burial depth in the ultra-deep vertical shaft is analyzed,and the corresponding risk control measures are proposed,which can provide references for similar projects.
