含钙镁微量元素水溶肥料制备及其浸种性能分析

摘  要:根据西瓜中微量元素含量设计肥料配方,采用等温溶解平衡法研究了10℃、pH=3、Ca/Mg质量比为1时,不同Ca+Mg浓度对Zn(NO_(3))_(2)-Mn(NO_(3))_(2)-H_(2)O体系相平衡的影响,并依据相图制备了含有中量元素钙和镁且符合微量元素水溶肥料农业行业标准(NY 1428—2010)的液体水溶肥料产品;西瓜浸种试验表明,Ca+Mg=40 g/L,Zn+Mn=126 g/L液体水溶肥料稀释600倍浸种效果较好。According to the content of trace elements in watermelon,the formula was designed and the effect of different Ca+Mg con⁃centrations on the phase balance of Zn(NO_(3))_(2)-Mn(NO_(3))_(2)-H_(2)O system at 10℃,pH=3,and Ca/Mg ratio 1 was studied by the isother⁃mal dissolution equilibrium method.Based on the phase diagram,the liquid water-soluble fertilizer products containing medium amount of calcium and magnesium and meeting the agricultural industry standard of trace element water-soluble fertilizer(NY 1428—2010)were prepared.The watermelon seed soaking test showed that the seed soaking effect was better when Ca+Mg=40 g/L,Zn+Mn=126 g/L liquid water soluble fertilizer diluted 600 times.
