摘　　要：对权力的有效制衡是平台经济监管的核心逻辑,理解平台经济反垄断的关键在于理解平台权力的运作形态。平台权力指互联网平台具有为社会行为体赋权的属性,控制平台的主体拥有极大的社会权力。平台作为具有可供性的主体,实现了平台权力的运作。平台社会中的权力在微观上是对行为的规制和对观念的规训,其成功运作形成了宏观上对社会意义进行定义的权力效果,权力由此从平台走向了社会。平台的不均等赋权形成新的权力中心,处于其中的是拥有平台的私营公司。本文以脸书为观察样本,测量了其通过旗下社交媒体平台所获得的权力,观察了脸书和其他行为体之间形成的权力关系,揭示了一个超越传统政府的平台社会权力中心正在形成。平台经济监管的核心是规范权力,平台经济反垄断是对权力聚集的底层所进行的介入和治理。这不仅是一个促进经济繁荣的科技创新问题,更是一个保持社会良好秩序的核心治理议题,而对权力形态的充分考察正是这项事业开展的前提。The effective check and balance of power is the core logic of platform economic regulation.The key to understanding the antitrust of platform economy is to understand the form and relationship of platform power.Platform power means that the platform has the attribute of empowering social actors,and the subject controlling the platform has great social power.Internet platform,as a subject with affordance,realizes the operation of platform power.In the micro,power in the platform society is the regulation of behavior and the discipline of ideas.While moved from the platform to the society,the successful operation of platform power has achieved the effect of defining the societal norms in the macro.The unequal empowerment of the platform forms a new power center,in which the private companies are located.Taking Facebook as the observation sample,this paper measures the power it obtains through its social media platform,observes the power relationship between Facebook and other actors,and reveals that a platform social power center beyond the traditional government is forming.The core of platform economic regulation is to regulate the platform power.Platform economic antitrust is the intervention and governance of the bottom of power gathering,which is not only an innovative problem to promote economic prosperity,but also a key means to maintain good social order,and the understanding of power form is the premise of this cause.
