摘  要:京津冀传媒产业协同发展是国家战略组成部分,也是区域传媒产业经济结构优化升级的内在要求。三地传媒经营者在内外驱动力作用下因应时势达成共识,以主动寻优的集成经济形态共建媒体板块资源协作互补平台和服务创新机制,有利于扩大集成规模经济和范围经济效益,优化传媒集成生态经济资源配置,增进复合产业联盟互利共赢交往信任,加速区域空间市场产业资源流动;同时也有助于传媒产业借助大数据分析等工具,深度挖掘和开发产消群体交叉中介复合效益,促进整体降本提效高质量发展,积累用户客户人气及宝贵社会资本,拓展经世济人、福祉民生功能,最终形成京津冀区域传媒产业集成经济持续协同发展的引领示范价值。The coordinated development of media industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is an integral part of the national strategy.It is also the inevitable responsibility of the regional media system.It is also the requirement of the adjustment and upgrading of industrial and economic structure in large regions.In response to the current situation,the media people in the three regions have taken the initiative to seek the optimal integrated economic form,increased the regional media system resources plate linkage and complementary cooperation,expanded the integrated economies of scale and integration scope of economic benefits;promoted the interaction trust of the composite industry alliance and overall cost reduction,increased mutual benefit and win-win situation,accelerated the flow of multiple elements of regional spatial market and reasonable value-added,and realized the integration of resources of ecological economy.Configuration optimization;accumulate a large number of user popularity resources through innovative three media integration platform services,develop cross-intermediary economic benefits between production and consumption groups;participate in market development as an industrial factor,promote common progress of the people s livelihood,expand the comprehensive functions of the world and people,and ultimately form the leading demonstration value of sustainable and coordinated development of regional media integration economy.
