摘 要:为研究复杂气候条件下集成控制器内部凝露形成特点,搭建了可模拟复杂气候条件和车载环境的集成控制器凝露测试试验台,选取具有典型气候特征的昆明、广州地区四季温湿度数据,合理设计典型气候条件下的城市温湿度工况,开展了典型复杂气候条件下的集成控制器凝露形成实验测试,并对凝露的形成条件、形成时间、形成位置等进行分析。相关研究成果可为纯电动客车集成控制器的凝露预防和验证提供参考。In order to study the characteristics of condensation formation inside the integrated controller under complex climatic conditions, this paper builds an integrated controller condensation experimental platform that can simulate complex climatic conditions and on-board environment, and selects four seasons temperature and humidity data with typical climatic characteristics in Kunming and Guangzhou. The urban temperature and humidity conditions under typical climate conditions were designed reasonably. The condensation formation experiment of integrated controller under typical complex climate conditions was carried out, and the condensation formation conditions, formation time and formation position were analyzed. The related results will provide reference for condensation prevention and verification of the integrated controller of electric bus.
