摘  要:针对厩肥物料特性及还田技术指标要求,设计立式双螺旋撒肥机,以提高厩肥还田效率,改善作业效果。采用理论分析的方法,确定撒肥机构结构特征与技术参数。基于土压力理论分析了箱体侧板的受力特性,并总结应力运算公式。根据运动学、动力学相关理论,分析了厩肥在抛撒过程的动力消耗。根据国家标准对样机进行田间作业试验,试验结果表明,机具使用可靠性、施肥均匀性变异系数分别为99.9%、20.6%,各项性能参数均满足国家标准相关技术指标。本研究可为撒肥机设计和农业散粒物料运输装备设计提供参考。In order to improve the performance of returning manure to the field and spreading manure to the field with high efficiency quality, a kind of hydraulic push-off manure spreader with vertical double screw device was designed. The manure spreader was based on the characteristics of manure materials and the requirements of technical indexes for returning manure to the field. Using the method of theoretical analysis, the structural characteristics and technical parameters of fertilizer throwing mechanism were determined. Based on the earth pressure theory, the stress characteristics of box side plate were analyzed, and the stress calculation formula was summarized.According to the relevant theories of kinematics and dynamics, the power consumption of stable manure in the throwing process was analyzed. The field operation test of the prototype was carried out according to the national standard. The test results showed that the machine reliability and manure uniformity coefficient of variation were 99.9% and 20.6% respectively, and all performance parameters were conformed to the relevant technical parameter of the national standard. This study provides more accurate theoretical support for the design of manure spreader, and also provides a theoretical basis for the design of agricultural bulk material transportation equipment.
