摘 要:以高压共轨柴油机的喷油系统为研究对象,通过恩智浦高性能汽车控制芯片MC33PT2001,开发了喷油器驱动模块。利用MC33PT2001可编程控制和其拥有高效灵活的高边低边MOSFET栅极驱动的优点,实现了驱动电路的电流波形可控制,电流和电压可定义。运用示波器测试不同参数设置下的电流波形图,验证了实际电流波形的吻合程度,保证了驱动模块设计的可靠性。通过可编程的控制芯片,设计了经济高效、控制精准、测试灵活的高压共轨柴油机喷油控制系统,开发过程和方法具有一定现实意义。Taking the fuel injection system of high-pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object, the fuel injector drive module is developed through NXP high-performance vehicle control chip MC33PT2001. Using the programmable control of MC33PT2001 and its efficient and flexible high side and low side MOSFET gate drive, the current waveform of the drive circuit can be controlled and the current and voltage can be defined. The oscillograph is used to test the current waveform under different parameter settings to verify the coincidence of the actual current waveform and ensure the reliability of the drive module design. Through the programmable control chip, the fuel injection control system of high-pressure common rail diesel engine with cost-effective, accurate control and flexible test is designed, which has certain practical significance.
