摘  要:为解决突出煤层因盲目抽采而导致采掘失调及工程量浪费等问题,做到准确掌握煤层突出危险区域,避免瓦斯综合治理工作的盲目性,达到经济、高效防突目的,研究了精准预测动态防突技术在突出煤层工作面中的运用。基于区域预测原则,把突出煤层沿工作面走向每100 m划分为一个块段,然后在煤层巷道内布置测压钻孔对每一块段进行突出危险性预测,根据预测结果采取相应防突措施。以四川夏泉煤矿为例,矿井在开采8号突出煤层4801工作面时采用精准预测动态防突技术,取消了底板穿层钻孔大面积预抽煤层瓦斯防突措施,节约了约2.3万m钻孔工程量,同时4801工作面采掘时间缩短了约43%,缓解了矿井采掘失调情况,实现了矿井的安全、经济、高效生产。In order to solve the problems of mining imbalance and waste of quantities caused by blind gas drainage in outburst coal seam,accurately identify the coal seam outburst risk area,avoid the blindness of gas comprehensive treatment,and achieve the purpose of economic and efficient outburst prevention,the application of accurate prediction dynamic outburst prevention technology in outburst coal seam working face is studied.Based on the principle of regional prediction,the outburst coal seam is divided into a block every 100 m along the strike of the working face,and then pressure measuring boreholes are arranged in the roadway along the coal seam to predict the outburst risk of each block,and corresponding outburst prevention measures are taken according to the prediction results.Taking the Xiaquan Coal Mine in Sichuan province as an example,the accurate prediction dynamic outburst prevention technology is adopted in the 4801 working face of No.8 outburst coal seam,while the large-area pre-drainage coal seam gas outburst prevention measures of floor through drilling is cancelled,which saves about 23000 meters drilling quantities,and shortens the mining time of 4801 working face by about 43%,and alleviates the imbalance of mining and realizes the safety,economy and efficient production.
