摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,开展节能降碳技术改造已成为煤炭行业绿色低碳转型的必然选择。以陕西澄合合阳煤炭开发有限责任公司安阳煤矿(以下简称“安阳煤矿”)为工程实例,针对安阳煤矿的实际用热需求,设计了一套基于回风逆流直接换热技术和空压机余热回收的综合余热利用系统。阐述了逆流直接换热的技术原理以及该技术系统在矿井应用的效果,该系统的应用结果表明,针对当地严寒地区,综合余热利用系统能够正常运行,逆流直接换热技术可满足井筒防冻要求且效果显著;空压机余热回收装置可满足生活热水制取,可有效解决安阳煤矿供暖和企业节能降耗等需求。Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the energy-saving and carbon-reducing technology transformation has become an inevitable choice for the green and low-carbon transformation of the coal industry.Taking the Anyang Coal Mine of Shaanxi Chenghe Heyang Coal Development Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Anyang Coal Mine)as an engineering example,a comprehensive waste heat utilization system based on return air countercurrent direct heat exchange technology and air compressor waste heat recovery is designed in view of the actual heat demand of Anyang Coal Mine.The technical principle of countercurrent direct heat exchange and the application effect of the technical system in the mine are described,and the results show that for the local cold area,the comprehensive waste heat utilization system can operate normally,the countercurrent direct heat exchange technology can meet the requirements of wellbore antifreeze and its effect is remarkable;the air compressor waste heat recovery device can meet the requirements of domestic hot water production,supply heating and enterprise energy-saving and consumption-reduction in Anyang Coal Mine.
