超激光联合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察超激光联合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎(PF)的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年1月我院收治的62例PF患者,按治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组采用体外冲击波治疗,观察组采用超激光联合体外冲击波治疗。比较两组的临床效果,以及治疗前后的双侧足底筋膜厚度差以及疼痛程度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.88%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的双侧足底筋膜厚度差、VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组的双侧足底筋膜厚度差、VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超激光联合体外冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎的效果确切。Objective To observe the effect of ultra-laser combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of plantar fasciitis(PF).Methods A total of 62 PF patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave,while the observation group was treated with ultra-laser combined with extracorporeal shock wave.The clinical effect,and the bilateral plantar fascia thickness differences and pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bilateral plantar fascia thickness differences and VAS scores in both groups decreased significantly,and the bilateral plantar fascia thickness difference and VAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultra-laser combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of plantar fasciitis has exact effect.
