Objective To explore the value of DC and DRs detection in evaluation of vagus nerve tension of children with vasovagal syncope(VVS).Methods A total of 72 children with VVS admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as observation group, and 72 healthy children during the same period were selected as reference group. The 24-hour ECG signals of the two groups were detected, and the HRV indicators,DC and DRs of the two groups were compared.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlations of DC with HRV index,LF and HF.Results The SDNN,SDANN and LF of the observation group were all lower than those of the reference group, while the RMSSD,HF,DC and DR4 were all higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).DC value was positively correlated with SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD and HF values, and negatively correlated with LF value(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical diagnosis of vasovagal syncope, the detection of DC value and DRs value can quantitatively evaluate the level of vagal tone from different aspects, which has higher clinical application value.
