摘  要:目的探讨人血白蛋白注射液结合蓝光光疗对新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素、生长发育的影响。方法100例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用蓝光光疗治疗,实验组采用人血白蛋白注射液结合蓝光光疗治疗,比较两组的临床效果、血清胆红素水平以及生长发育情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。治疗3 d后,实验组的TBIL、DBIL、IBIL水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,实验组的身高、体重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人血白蛋白联合蓝光光疗治疗新生儿黄疸的效果满意,可显著降低新生儿血清胆红素水平,促进新生儿生长发育。Objective To explore the impact of human serum albumin injection combined with blue light phototherapy on serum bilirubin and growth and development of neonates with jaundice.Methods 100 neonates with jaundice were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with blue light phototherapy,and the experimental group was treated with human serum albumin injection combined with blue light phototherapy.The clinical effect,serum bilirubin level,and growth and development were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.00%,significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the levels of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months of follow-up,the height and weight in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Human serum albumin injection combined with blue light phototherapy has a satisfactory effect in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can significantly reduce the serum bilirubin level and promote the growth and development of neonates.
