摘　　要：目的探讨不同甲氨蝶呤用药方案联合米非司酮对异位妊娠患者血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平及不良反应的影响。方法80例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组各40例,Ⅰ组采用多次小剂量肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤+口服米非司酮治疗,Ⅱ组采用单次肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤+口服米非司酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组的治疗总有效率(95.00%vs.97.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组治疗1周后的血β-hCG水平低于Ⅰ组,血β-hCG水平恢复正常时间短于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于Ⅰ组的17.50%(P<0.05)。结论单次肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤联合口服米非司酮治疗异位妊娠有助于降低患者的血β-hCG水平和不良反应发生率,缩短血β-hCG水平恢复正常时间。Objective To explore the impact of different methotrexate regimens combined with mifepristone on serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)levels and adverse reactions of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.GroupⅠwas treated with multiple low-dose intramuscular injection of methotrexate+oral administration of mifepristone,and groupⅡwas treated with single intramuscular injection of methotrexate+oral administration of mifepristone.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results No significant difference was found in the total effective rate of treatment(95.00%vs.97.50%)between the two groups(P>0.05).The bloodβ-hCG level after 1 week of treatment in groupⅡwas lower than that in groupⅠ,and the time for bloodβ-hCG level to return to normal was shorter than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in groupⅡwas 2.50%,lower than 17.50%in groupⅠ(P<0.05).Conclusions Single intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with oral administration of mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy can help reduce the bloodβ-hCG level and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,and shorten the time for the bloodβ-hCG level to return to normal.
