活血益肾汤联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血益肾汤联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法78例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为两组各39例,对照组采用替米沙坦治疗,观察组采用活血益肾汤联合替米沙坦治疗。比较两组的治疗效果,以及治疗前后的炎性因子和肾功能指标水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-6、TNF-α、SCr、24 h尿蛋白定量均显著低于治疗前,且观察组的上述指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血益肾汤联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果较好,能缓解患者炎性反应,改善肾功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Yishen decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 78 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with telmisartan,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Yishen decoction combined with telmisartan.The curative effect,and the levels of inflammatory factors and renal function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%,significantly higher than 71.79%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6,TNF-α,SCr,and 24 h urine protein quantification in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huoxue Yishen decoction combined with telmisartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has good clinical effect,which can relieve the inflammatory reaction and improve the renal function of patients.
