醋酸泼尼松龙注射液局部封闭联合口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性湿疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察醋酸泼尼松龙注射液局部封闭联合口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2019年8月我院收治的160例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为两组各80例。对照组采用口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组采用醋酸泼尼松龙注射液局部封闭联合口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗,比较两组的临床效果和不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(3.75%vs.2.50%,P>0.05)。结论醋酸泼尼松龙注射液局部封闭联合口服复方甘草酸苷片治疗慢性湿疹临床效果显著,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of local occlusion with prednisolone acetate injection combined with oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 160 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets for oral administration,while the observation group was treated with prednisolone acetate injection for local occlusion combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets for oral administration.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 87.50%in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(3.75%vs.2.50%,P>0.05).Conclusions Local occlusion with prednisolone acetate injection combined with oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema has significant clinical effect and high safety.
