摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在二尖瓣生物瓣膜置换术后的应用效果。方法70例二尖瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者随机分为两组。术后,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以快速康复外科理念护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的术后进食时间、下床活动时间、心包纵膈引流管拔管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,术后心功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念护理可有效改善二尖瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者的术后心功能,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of fast recovery surgery concept after mitral bioprosthetic valve replacement.Methods 70 patients with mitral bioprosthetic valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received nursing of fast recovery surgery concept.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative eating time,out-of-bed activity time,extubation time of pericardial mediastinal drainage tube and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative cardiac function classification was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing of fast recovery surgery concept can effectively improve the postoperative cardiac function and reduce the incidence of complications of patients with mitral bioprosthetic valve replacement.
