摘　　要：目的探讨基于目标责任制的强化护理在肝外胆管结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期中的应用效果。方法86例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的肝外胆管结石患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规围术期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于目标责任制的强化护理,比较两组的手术相关指标以及并发症发生率。结果观察组的首次下床活动时间、排气时间、进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为9.30%,低于对照组的25.58%(P<0.05)。结论基于目标责任制的强化护理应用于肝外胆管结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期中,可促进患者术后尽快康复,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the application effect of intensive nursing based on target responsibility system in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods 86 patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group received intensive nursing based on target responsibility system on the basis of the control group.The surgery-related indicators and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first out-of-bed activity time,exhaust time,eating time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.30%,lower than 25.58%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intensive nursing based on target responsibility system applied in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones can promote postoperative recovery of patients as soon as possible and reduce the occurrence of complications.
