摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对胶质瘤手术患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月在我院行手术治疗的90例胶质瘤患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组的负性情绪及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,生活质量量表(GQOL-74)各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效缓解胶质瘤手术患者的负性情绪,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with glioma surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with glioma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores of each dimension of the quality of life scale(GQOL-74)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with glioma surgery and improve their quality of life.
