摘　　要：介绍了-45℃环境用Φ1400 mm×1200 mm X80钢级预制袖管三通的研发背景、研发过程及其环向焊缝焊接设备,检测了该预制袖管三通产品环向焊缝的性能。通过在三通主管两端预制焊接袖管,提高了对接焊缝的焊接质量,降低了环向焊缝位置的应力集中,提高了焊缝的承压能力,同时也便于施工现场实现对接环向焊缝的等壁厚连接。Described here in the essay is the development of theΦ1400 mm×1200 mm X80 prefabricated sleeve Tee for service at-45℃,involving the development background and the R&D process as well as the welding equipment for circumferential weld.Tested are the properties of the circumferential weld of the said product.Thanks to taking the measure of prefabricating and welding sleeves at both ends of Tee main pipe,the welding quality of the butt weld is improved,the stress concentration in the circumferential weld position is reduced,and the bearing capacity of the weld is enhanced.Meanwhile it is also convenient for the construction site to realize the equal wall thickness connection of the butt circumferential weld.
