摘　　要：提出了无缝钢管轧制设备的再设计制造概念。针对我国无缝钢管轧制设备的种类、特点和使用现状,在已有轧制设备再制造的基础上,探求无缝钢管轧制设备再设计制造的可能性、目的和方法。无缝钢管轧制设备的再设计制造是以设备升级与改制为主要目的,包括设备零件再制造、设备升级再设计制造和设备改制再设计制造。讨论了如何考虑设备再设计制造的因素,并提出实例。Put forward here in the article is the concept of the redesign/manufacture of the rolling equipment for the seamless steel tube.Addressing the types,the characteristics and current operation status of the domestic rolling equipment for the seamless steel tube,and on the basis of redesign/manufacture of the existing rolling equipment,a discussion is made here in the paper on the possibility,target and method concerning the said redesign/manufacture.The said redesign/manufacture is in an main aim at upgrade and reformation of the equipment,including remanufacture of the components of the equipment,redesign/manufacture for equipment upgrade,redesign/manufacture for equipment reformation.Moreover a discussion is made on how to consider the factors involving redesign/manufacture of the equipment,and relevant actual examples are present.
