摘  要:高泥质细粉砂岩储层由于其泥质含量高,地层砂粒径较小,因而常规机械防砂效果不佳。面对这一防砂难题,采用涂覆陶粒人工井壁防砂是一种重要的解决方法。人工井壁的防砂性能是实施人工井壁工艺的重要参考依据,为此研制了一种可实现人工井壁防砂性能评价的实验装置,其通过控制驱动流量、驱动压差及实验时间,可实现人工井壁长时间高强度的防砂模拟。评价指标有渗透率、采油指数、含砂浓度、人工井壁固结强度等。通过该实验装置完成了对文昌油田低渗疏松砂岩储层的涂覆陶粒人工井壁防砂性能的实验评价。实验结果表明,涂覆陶粒人工井壁在该储层具有良好的防砂效果,推荐现场使用16/30目涂覆陶粒+120μm金属网布的组合来进行防砂作业。该装置为人工井壁优选评价提供了一种可靠的新方法,为油田防砂设计提供理论和技术指导。High argillaceous fine siltstone reservoirs are not effective in conventional mechanical sand control due to their high shale content and small formation sand particle size.Faced with this sand control problem,the use of coated ceramsite artificial borehole wall for sand control is an important solution.The sand control performance of artificial shaft lining is an important reference for the implementation of artificial shaft lining technology.Therefore,an experimental device for evaluating the sand control performance of artificial shaft lining was developed.By controlling the driving flow,driving pressure difference and experimental time,the sand control simulation of artificial shaft lining with long time and high strength was realized.The evaluation indexes include permeability,oil recovery index,sand concentration and consolidation strength of artificial wellbore.Through the experimental device,the experimental evaluation of sand control performance of coated ceramsite artificial borehole wall in low permeability loose sandstone reservoir of Wenchang Oilfield was completed.Experimental results show that the coated ceramsite artificial borehole wall has good sand control effect in the reservoir,and it is recommended to use the combination of 16/30 mesh coated ceramsite with 120μm metal mesh for sand control operations on site.The device provides a reliable new method for optimal evaluation of artificial borehole wall,and provides theoretical and technical guidance for sand control design in oilfields.
