摘　　要：2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)是一种由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型(SARS-CoV-2)引起的传染性疾病。先天性心脏病是COVID-19发生的高风险因素。本文就COVID-19与先天性心脏病关系的研究进行综述,探讨COVID-19对心血管损伤、儿童及成人先天性心脏病的影响以及对COVID-19引起的先天性心脏病患者的管理与治疗,以期为COVID-19引起的先天性心脏病患者的预防、诊治提供理论依据。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2).Congenital heart disease(CHD)is a high risk factor for COVID-19.The present article reviews researches of correlation between COVID-19 and CHD,discuss the influence of COVID-19 on cardiovascular injury,children and adult with CHD,as well as the management and treatment of CHD patients caused by COVID-19,in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of CHD patients with COVID-19.
