摘　　要：2022年10月7日,拜登政府为保持美国制造业的全球领先地位发布《国家先进制造业战略》,相较奥巴马政府时期的《美国确立先进制造业领导地位的战略》,该战略布局将工业信息安全作为独立的领域进行了更为可操作性的规划,聚焦制定标准、工具和测试平台,发布在智能制造系统中实施网络安全的指南,集中精力更新中小企业的资产设备,更换无法实现网络安全的生产设备以及提供软件材料清单等举措以提高制造业网络安全水平,进而为引领智能制造的未来保驾护航。我国可借鉴美国在工业信息安全领域最新的有益举措,结合我国产业发展及政策布局现状,从安全能力建设常态化、体系覆盖范围深度化和管理工具保障立体化三个方面系统化加强工业信息安全综合保障能力建设。The National Advanced Manufacturing Strategy was issued by the Biden government to maintain the global leading position of American manufacture industry on October 7, 2022.Compared with the Strategy from Obama Administration, the National Advanced Manufacturing Strategy takes industrial information security as an independent field with more operable Policies. It requires the development of standards, tools and test platforms, issuing the guidelines for network security of intelligent manufacturing systems, updating the assets and equipment of small and mediumsized enterprises, replacing equipment that cannot achieve network security, and providing software material lists to improve the security of manufacture networks. Combining the current situation of industry and policy, China can learn from the latest beneficial measures taken by the United States to strengthen the comprehensive support capacity of industrial information security, including the normalization of security capacity building, the deepening of system coverage and the three dimensional system of guarantee tools.
