新工科背景下矿冶类专业工程实践教育改革

摘　　要：针对新工科建设要求与矿冶类专业特点,该文从行业需求出发,采用自上而下规划,自下而上反馈的方式,开展以学生为中心、高校为主体、企业为依托和学习成果为导向的矿冶类专业工程实践教育。通过建设面向新工科的实践教学创新平台,构建具有系统性和综合性的实践教学体系,建立学生工程实践能力培养新模式,结合过程科学管理、教学质量评价与监控,对整个实践教学进行宏观调控,形成面向新工科的矿冶类专业工程实践教育创新体系,为培养具有创新精神、实践能力、创业能力和国际竞争能力的高素质工程人才提供保障,并为其他专业工程实践教育提供有益借鉴。Given the construction requirements of emerging engineering education and the characteristics of the minerals and metallurgical engineering specialties,this study adopts the pattern of top-down planning and bottom-up feedback to carry out engineering practice education of minerals and metallurgical engineering specialties with students as the center,universities as the main body,enterprises as the support and learning results as the guide based on the demands from industries.The innovative system of engineering practice education for minerals and metallurgical engineering specialties oriented to emerging engineering education is formed by building an practical teaching innovative platform oriented to emerging engineering education,constructing a systematic and comprehensive practical teaching system,establishing a new mode for cultivating students'engineering practice ability,and macro-regulating the whole practice teaching by combining scientific management,evaluation and monitoring of teaching quality during process.It provides guarantee for cultivating high-quality engineering talents with innovative spirit,practical ability,entrepreneurial ability and international competitive ability,and also provides useful reference for engineering practice education of other specialties.
